Le Royal Meridien is hosting an all day Ministry of Sound pool party for Fri 4th May, a sun-kissed pool jam of rockin’ beats and bass-lines, featuring 5 all-star entertainers and a spectacular Ministry of Sound Show with special DJ guests Shane Kehoe and Joelle Atkins, as well as Marty Metcalf, Cliff Townley, Neil T and Mr. Smith.

Flash Entertainment announced that Gareth Emery and Sander van Doorn, the electro trance superstars, will perform at Allure on Thurs 10th May.

Wednesday 25th April

The Abu Dhabi Salsa Festival kicks off this Wednesday night with a warm up party with the artists at Cinnebar. The festival will run for 3 days, finishing with a final show party on Saturday at Etoiles.

Thursday 26th April

The legenday DJ Jazzy Jeff will be hitting the decks at Etoiles for one night only. Since 1985, Jazzy Jeff has had a long and illustrious career; from the success of “DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince” with partner Will Smith, to the critical acclaim of his production company “A Touch of Jazz”, Jeff proved time and time again that he would always be a force to be reckoned with. And he continues to represent with his solo projects, collaborations, mixtapes and live shows. His love of music shines through in everything he does. This is another super charged event in the Etoiles celebrity series, so expect this to be a super busy event.

Dubai based house duo, SmokinGroove, are back at Relax@12 this Thursday. SmokinGroove have been pioneers of the UK House scene for nearly 15 years with their underground house music movement club nights and radio shows and were voted 10th in the DJ Mag Middle East Top 50 DJs poll.

Indian rock band Indus Creed will be performing at Holiday Inn this Thursday. Known for their high-voltage stage performances, Indus Creed produced chart-toppers in the late '80s and early '90s, such as ‘Top of the Rock’, ‘Trapped’ and the massive hit ‘Pretty Child’. They are also the first Indian band for whom MTV produced a 'Rockumentary' and the first Indian rock band to be invited to play at Peter Gabriel's Womad festival.

Friday 27th April

Immaculate Touch returns to Al Maya Island this Friday for their fortnightly all day beach and pool party. In addition to resident DJsChad Phunk and Stew Magoo, Natalie Broganwill be spinning some quality house tunes at one of the most beautiful beach/poolside locations in the capital.

Celebrate South African Freedom Day this Friday at Stills with a mouth-watering BBQ in the gardens and live music from DJ Geoff Davis.

Société Perrier joins forces with the MustHaveSoul team to bring a special MustHaveSoul night to Sea Lounge, Monte-Carlo Beach Club. Natalie Brogan will be joining residents Simon Reid andTristan Bain on the decks.

Allure is hosting the third installment of their popular UV Party this Friday. Soulninja and resident DJ Ray will be spinning a mix of Hip Hop, RnB and commercial pop tunes, while N.I.K.O.L.A. will be playing his special blend of vocal and tech house.

Saturday 28th April

Join The Do-Over presents the Dune-Over at the Le Royal Meridien for an all day pool party affair. Hosted by Aloe Blacc (of smash hit “I need a dollar” fame), Chris Haycock and Jamie Strong, the Do-Over is an all-star party rocking line-up of your favourite DJs, including King Britt, Rich Medina, Cosmo Baker as well as the UAE’s finest, the Deep Crates Cartel - Break DJ Lobito, Frezidante, General Public, Master Lau & David Soto, with support from Channel 4 Radio's Martin Metcalf to keep you jamming through the day, night and far beyond.

The Abu Dhabi Salsa Festival concludes on Saturday with a series of celebrations at various venues across Abu Dhabi. Join a pool party with the artists at Yas Island Rotana, followed by workshops with the international artists at Etoiles, and a final show night at Etoiles.

Sax Club welcomes DJ Brooklyn from Dubai to play his special blend of hip hop, RnB and urban tunes. Brooklyn is an international urban yet diversified DJ who is a member of Underground Procedures, a group composed of renowned Dubai-based and international DJs, artists, and producers. He also has his own radio show, The Friday Format, on Radio One.

Thursday 19th April

Urban Education has a special treat in store for you this Thursday at Pearls & Caviar with old skool hip hop legend Tony Touch, performing alongside resident DJ Rone Jaxx. Working with legendary artists like Big Pun, Snoop Dogg, Puff Daddy, Cypress Hill, Wu-Tang Clan, Busta Rhymes, Eminem and Gang Starr…. Tony Touch is a Hip-Hop icon. A true innovator who has revolutionised the DJ game over and over. From his legendary mixtapes, to his skills on the 1s and 2s, to becoming Hip-Hop's most recognised DJ. This is a guestlist only event so get your names in ASAP.

The Etihad Abu Dhabi Irish Festival kicks off this Thursday with Irish dancing and music by Thresh the Corn at the Abu Dhabi City Golf Club.

Stills are running a Samba night, where you can enjoy a lively night with Samba dancers and a live band on the Stills terrace.

Friday 20th April

Allure have planned a specially themed event, Phantoms of Allure, which will transform the club into the Allure Grand Ballroom, a theatre of entertainment, dancers and performers taking you to the depths of the Phantom's lair with the most mesmerizing music all night long, with special international guest DJ Jon Jak, who has played at some of the biggest clubs of the world, including Space and Privilege in Ibiza.

Etoiles welcomes another special guest RnB star to their popularBring Down the House night, UK's chart topping star Tinchy Stryder performing his greatest hits live. Tinchy Stryder is a British grime music artist and rose to popularity with the song "Take Me Back" which peaked at number 3 on the UK Singles Chart in January 2009. He then released the song "Number 1", (a collaboration with N-Dubz) which entered the UK chart at number 1. Stryder later released "Never Leave You" with Amelle Berrabah from girl-group Sugababes which became Stryder's second number 1.

The Etihad Abu Dhabi Irish Festival continues on Friday with a special performance and celebrations with well renowned Irish bandHermitage Green at Aloft. Band members play the guitar, djembe, bodhran, harmonica, bass and didgerie doo.

Wednesday 4th April

This Wednesday and Thursday, The Yacht Club welcomes a guest DJ from France, DJ Mastergil. In his residencies at clubs in the South of France, Mastergil has played alongside Deep Dish, Peter Heller, Bob Sinclair, David Vendetta, Ron Carroll, Josh Wink, Michael Gray, Tom Novy, Erick Morillo, Roger Sanchez, Martin Solveig, David Guetta, Swedish House Mafia, Sven Vath and Pete Tong, to name a few. He'll be playing his special style of soulful and funky house with some commercial and electro.

Mingle, the ladies night at Left Bank celebrates its first birthday this Wednesday with complimentary cocktails and mini cupcakes between 8pm and 10pm. DJ Asee will be playing popular club tunes, including house, RnB, commercial and pop remixes, right through to closing time.

Thursday 5th April

Etoiles plays host this Thursday to Hollywood actress and star of 'The Fast and the Furious' Michelle Rodriguez, who will be hitting the decks and partying with the crowd all night long.

After proving to be a massive hit with the crowds at Creamfields Abu Dhabi 2011, Laidback Luke returns to the capital to play at the FLASH Forum. A former graffiti artist, Laidback Luke’s remix skills are in hot demand by, among others, David Guetta, Tiësto, Black Eyed Peas, Dizzee Rascal, Depeche Mode and MSTRKRFT. Supporting him will be local DJs Mister Outlaw and Immaculate Touch (Chad Phunk and Stew Magoo).

Ele:mental returns to Pearls & Caviar for their monthly session. Joining resident Hassan Alwan on the decks will be popular Dubai-based tech house duo, Jixo and Danz. Jixo and Danz have had a crazy start to 2012, with gigs and appearances all over Dubai, the most recent of which was their warm up for Simon Baker and new residency at Blue Marlin Ibiza UAE. 

Allure welcomes special guest DJ Neil T to the decks of their terrace this Thursday for their Paparazzi - Silky Grooves night. DJ Neil is one of Abu Dhabi's most popular RnB and Hip Hop DJs. 

Friday 6th April

The Liquid Rain Pool Party makes its 2012 debut at Aloft Abu Dhabi this Friday. Let the cool water shower over you while you dance the night away. Local DJs Natalie Brogan and Chad Phunk will be splashing out quality house tunes throughout the night, and all attendees will be included in a draw to win two return tickets to Bangkok with Jet Airways.

Etoiles welcomes another special guest to their Bring Down the House series this Friday with RnB sensation Jeremih performing live, and another surprise celebrity appearance on the night. Jeremih is signed to Def Jam Recordings, and has collaborated and performed alongside some of the biggest names in the business, including Lionel Richie, 50 Cent and Ludacris.

Saturday 7th April

Skylite launches their new weekly Saturday event, Our House. Kick off your shoes, pull up a sofa or cabana and enjoy the relaxed vibes in their beautifully appointed Living Room on the 9th floor of the Yas Viceroy Hotel. Join their resident DJ Matty Wainwright, playing his personal collection of funky laid back beats from his favourite armchair. Expect anything laid back from Balearic, Rare Groove, Jazz, World Music, Rock, R&B, Electronica, Latin, anything goes.

Also every Saturday is The Crew Lounge at Pearls & Caviar where Ladies and Etihad Crew receive unlimited complimentary cocktails all night all set to the sounds supplied by popular Abu Dhabi DJ Cliff Townley.
