Thursday 13th September

Etoiles welcomes another celebrity DJ to the decks this Thursday, DJ Scottie B. Among his many accolades, he's a radio/TV presenter for MTV Base, a MOBO & UMA Nominee, has won 3 International DJ Awards in London, Ibiza and Dubai, has DJ'ed for Jay-Z, Chris Brown, Tinie Tempah, Ginuwine, Alesha Dixon, Mario, Taio Cruz, to name a few, has had the No. 1 selling album on iTunes, and has produced for some of the biggest names in the RnB industry. This is a truly talented DJ not to be missed. Support from DJ Alex Lees.

Soulninja joins residents Cliff Townley and Mr Neil T for BIG RNB this Thursday at Rush. The theme this week is Anthems where you can expect to hear the best RnB and Hip Hop anthems from the past and present.

Eight have launched a series of new events on rotation for Thursdays. Tonight, it'sChocolate Experience with DJ Kaboo on the decks playing commercial and RnB tunes. Ladies receive a complimentary chocolate cocktail on arrival.

Aloft are running the first of their Stay & Play live band gigs this Thursday, with live performances from 
three local bands each night forming each band's final "audition" for the grand prize. The winning band will spend 12 hours with Indie Rock band We Are Scientists in a converted suite at Aloft London Excel writing and recording a brand-new track. The track will then get its global debut in an exclusive live gig with We Are Scientists at Aloft London Excel on 1st November. Bands this week areBehold the LocusMurray Knock and Zem Viv.

Friday 14th September

It's the day for outdoor pool and boat party action this Friday!

The Immense Ibiza Yacht Party launches this Friday. Once a month, the yacht will sail from Al Marina Mall Harbour around the Gulf Sea for four hours (with an additional hour back in port), with resident DJs Chris Delaney and Moe Turkpumping out Balearic Ibiza beats. Immense's style of music is deep, funky, vocal and uplifting house. The event will host entertainers including international DJs, sax players & percussionists.

Immaculate Touch returns for its second party for the season at Al Maya Island. With live entertainment including the Immaculate dancers, fire breathers and I.T-BOT, their 8 ft. LED robot lighting the way later, and DJs Natalie Brogan,ChadPhunkStew MagooCliff Townley and Neil T manning the decks, plus Adam L on Sax, it's bound to be an action packed day and night. We'll be sending our photographer along later in the afternoon to capture all the fun in the sun.

The Liquid Rain Pool Party is back at Aloft again this Friday. Not just a pool party, Liquid takes getting wet, wet, wet to whole new level as cool water showers over the entire dance floor - the perfect way to dance the long, hot summer nights away! Liquid resident Natalie B and Radio 1's Simon B will be providing the house tunes for partygoers to dance the night away to.

New promoters on the scene, The Adventure Club, have also organised a pool party at the Premier Inn Hotel Pool. Music style for this event is RnB, Reggae and House, with DJ SWAQDJ Jeff and DJ ADM on the decks. Tickets are only 90 AED including an open buffet.

Bring Down the HouseEtoiles' urban night, have both DJ Emtee and Mister Outlaw manning the decks again this Friday. This is a popular night on the urban music calendar in Abu Dhabi.

Saturday 15th September

Left Bank are launching their new Saturday night offering, The Left Bank Social Club, with resident DJ Asee playing popular house anthems, and discounts for hoteliers as well as Etihad employees.

Tuesday 18th September

If you fancy a bit of quality comedy, the Foster's Laughter Factory is on at Heroes in the Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi from 9pm.

Wednesday 19th
 September

Sax Club continue with the next installment of their brand new urban ladies nightSWAG, with special guest DJ Saif from Radio 1 on the decks spinning RnB and Hip Hop beats all night, alongside MC J-MIZ to liven it up even more. Ladies will be happy with free selected drinks all night and a welcome champagne flute. The night will regularly feature international guest DJs, so if you're into your urban vibes, Sax is now the place to be every Wednesday.

DJ Keza is playing at The Yacht Club again this Wednesday. In 2007, DJ Keza was nominated in the Burn FG DJ Awards as Best Young Amateur DJ in France amongst David Guetta, Martin Solveig, Bob Sinclair and many others. Keza brings his own French touch to an eclectic track selection, from deep soul-shaker house to sharp hip hop joints blended with precision.
