There's only a little over two weeks to go until Creamfields, Abu Dhabi's biggest dance music festival, hits du Arena on Friday 13th December. Headline artists this year are international phenomenons Prodigy and Calvin Harris, with support from Above & Beyond and Disclosure. Regional artists include Hollaphonic, maDJam, Omar Basaad, Gunther & Stamina, Ronin & Nesta, Genie & Stacktraxxx, Angelo & Asphyxia, Mr. Mr, Mark Pick Up and Smokingroove to flaunt their skills alongside global superstars.

EVENTS THIS WEEK

Thursday 28th November

O1NE Yas Island continues to raise the entertainment bar in the country making it the one place to be every Thursday. After Benny Benassi on the 21st of November, tonight will be the Dutch music producer and DJ Afrojack, who will be wowing the crowd with his remixes plus showcasing tracks from his new album "The Spark."

Every Thursday night is Ladies Night at Sea Lounge, Monte-Carlo Beach Club. Enjoy the cool sea breeze as you listen to award-winning DJ Natalie Brogan and Chad Phunk spinning the tunes, and from 8pm onwards, girls will receive complimentary drinks throughout the evening.

Start your weekend early at Left Bank with their Beat the Clock offer between 5pm and 9pm, where DJ Asela will be playing the latest chart and feel-good music, and then continue the party with THE WKENDR from 9pm till the morning hours.

Crowne Plaza Yas Island welcomes all to its Mexican Fiesta week between 28th November and 6th December, featuring the folkloric performers Yolitzi Widen de la Laguna direct from Mexico and a menu reflecting Mexican traditional cuisine. Every evening, Sundowner's terrace will be transformed into a charming Mexican scene, complete with Fiesta lighting, backdrops, costumes and live music.

Tonight, Resonance at Pearls & Caviar in the Shangri-La hotel welcomes guest DJ Deian (360/ Warped/Nasimi) for his debut in the capital, alongside resident Hassan Alwan. Eccentric visuals supplied by VJ Krajta.

Friday 29th November

Every Friday, head to Left Bank for Rewind Fridays where you can enjoy drinks at discounted prices from 4pm till 9pm, while listening to classic retro tunes from the 70s, 80s and 90s from DJ B-Luv  - the perfect post-brunch party venue. Then from 9pm, Hip Hop Nation takes over, with DJ B-Luv playing all your favourite hip hop tunes.

The glamorous beachfront lifestyle brand SoBe, inspired by the vibrant nightlife scene of South Beach Florida, USA, opens its doors every Friday at Sea Lounge, Monte-Carlo Beach Club with non-stop partying from 4pm until 4am and DJs Koast, Melohman and Soulfisher playing the best of chill, deep, progressive and uplifting house.

Blue Marlin Ibiza UAE will be closing the month on a high note, welcoming yet another legend in the music industry, Subb-An, a regular feature at clubs and festivals all over the world including fabric (London), D'Edge (Sao Paolo) and The Electric Pickle (Miami), making Subb-An's discography read like a 'Who's Who' of underground house and techno's biggest labels.

Abu Dhabi's coolest and wettest Liquid Rain Pool Party at Aloft hotel comes to an end this Friday, with resident DJ Natalie Brogan on decks accompanied by Chad Phunk and Stew Magoo.

Saturday 30th November

Every Saturday, let the rhythm take over at Spanish-themed  Puesta del Sol at Sea Lounge, Monte-Carlo Beach Club. Enjoy a traditional Flamenco performance, dancers and a Spanish guitarist, and as the day moves into night, resident DJ  Melohman will take to the decks with a mix of Latin, house, Brazilian, funk, Nu Jazz and soulful beats. Watch the sun set over Saadiyat Island while sampling the traditional Spanish delicacy, paella, complimented by a glass of sangria.

The Capital's biggest RnB night, BIG RNB returns every Saturday to RUSH club in the Yas Viceroy Hotel. All ladies and Etihad Crew (including the gents) receive free drinks and 50% off bottles promotion is on offer for everyone else till 1am. Pioneer DJ ME Champion DJ Ka Boo  will be playing the best in Old Skool, Hip Hop and RnB alongside DJ Cliff Townley.

Sunday 1st December

Head to Soul Sundays at Left Bank, where from 9pm onwards, ladies can enjoy 5 drinks for only 5 dirhams, with DJ Asela playing old skool, RnB and soulful tunes.

Monday 2nd December
