We're excited to announce Episode 2 of The Capital List TV!

We'll be hosting an episode every couple of weeks with everything you'll need and want to know about Abu Dhabi nightlife - we're talking new bar and club openings, what happened last week, what's happening this week, what's coming up, we'll have artist interviews with guest DJs and celebrities...

We'll be attending nightlife events, event launches... Basically if there's something new or exciting happening in Abu Dhabi nightlife, The Capital List will be there!

EVENTS THIS WEEK

Thursday 18th April

New themed nights have been launched at the Privé bar in Abu Dhabi's iconic leaning tower, Hyatt Capital Gate Hotel, one of which is the Men's Night on Thursdays, where men have a special buy-one-get-one-free deal on selected drinks including hops and mixed drinks.

Looking for a good ladies night in the Capital on Thursdays? Then head to Sea Lounge, Monte-Carlo Beach Club and enjoy the cool sea breeze as you listen to DJs Natalie Brogan and ChadPhunk, where from 8pm onwards, girls will receive complimentary drinks throughout the evening.

Friday 19th April

The world's most famous hard rock band, Metallica, is back to the capital for another breath-taking show tonight at du Arena. The nine-time Grammy Award winning band's meteoric rise to superstardom saw Metallica emerge from the grungy underground music scene, to eventually becoming the most influential hard rock band in the world.

Those looking for a Metallica pre-concert party can head to Skylite tonight, where they will be running various promotions and resident DJ Anya will be mixing some of the legendary Metallica tunes with her signature house music to get everyone into the concert mood.

This Friday, Blue Marlin Ibiza UAE has put on a very special showcase with a remarkable line-up of world-class artists, such as M.A.N.D.Y., Jean Claude Ades and Phonique. Support from resident DJs Frederick Stone and Jean B.

This Friday, the monthly UV Paint Party is on at Al Maya Island. Enjoy the amazing beachfront, cool down in the pool and party all day to the tunes of DJs Chad Phunk, Stew Magoo, Simon Kaye and Chris Delaney.

The largest Irish festival ever held in Abu Dhabi or the UAE, organized by Abu Dhabi Irish Society in collaboration with Abu Dhabi Na Fianna, takes place between 18th to 20th April. The highlight of the festival is tonight's performance of the greatest traditional Irish band, The Kilkennys, at the Splash Garden at the Aloft hotel.

It's Vendredi House Sessions at Sea Lounge, Monte-Carlo Beach Club tonight, the Capital's longest party in a stunning party zone with a beautiful view of the sunset and fabulous beach and pool facilities. With resident DJs Soulfisher, Koast and Melohman.

Saturday 20th April

Tonight, head to Cooper's bar at Park Rotana hotel to close out the Irish festival with a unique Irish act from The Paddyman.

Sunday 21st April

This Sunday, wine lovers can visit Jazz 'n' Fizz at the Sofitel hotel for Bordeaux Wine Tasting to discover, learn and enjoy the wines of the world starting from the wine capital of France, Bordeaux. The night will be hosted by guest sommelier, James Ryland from James Wines of Bordeaux and will also feature live entertainment from their jazz band, the Cuban Quartet .

Tuesday 23rd April

Every Tuesday, Abu Dhabi's residents can now experience a special Ladies Night at Privé at Capital Gate Hotel, where the lady dressed in the most fashionable shoes automatically receives a complimentary limo ride that evening. Complimentary beverages, special prizes and other offers are up for grabs too.

Wednesday 24th April

The 5th Abu Dhabi Salsa Festival kicks off this Wednesday, with a Warm-Up Party at Cinnabar at the Hilton hotel. The ADSF will feature four nights of spectacular Latin dance shows, over 35 different dance classes for all levels and four massive parties and other activities such as a pool party, competitions, after parties and an award ceremony.

Triple Turbulence Full Moon Party is on at Sax Club tonight, featuring some of the coolest regional DJs, N.I.K.O.L.A., Paul Hamilton and Rone Jaxx.
