Vertical bar at Cristal Salam hotel is celebrating its 1st Birthday on Friday 24th May. There will be free flowing house beverages on offer and DJs Paul and Frank supplying the funky beats for you to dance the night away to.

Flash Entertainment announced on Tuesday that British electronic-rock trio Depeche Mode will be headlining the Yasalam After Race concert on Sunday 3rd November (exclusive to Abu Dhabi F1 ticket holders).

Having rocked a packed venue last December, The Martinez Brothers are back by popular demand at Blue Marlin Ibiza UAE this Friday. Get ready to observe energy mixed with serious musical skills. Supporting grooves from resident DJs Frederick Stone and Jean B.

Visit Al Maya Island this Friday to get yourself wet at this week's Water Party and party all day to the tunes of DJs Chad Phunk, Stew Magoo, Natalie Brogan, Pro-Moe and Chris Delaney.

A brand new pool party concept has landed in the capital. Starting from this Friday onwards, Balcony 31 brings you Abu Dhabi’s first ever Ladies Night Pool Party, overlooking the city from the 31st floor of the Grand Millennium Al Wahda hotel. The entertainment will include special guest DJ QoQtail Queen, aerial performers, stilt walkers and grinders, and warm up tunes by DJ Ram. Free unlimited vodka based cocktails will be on offer for ladies till late.

Warm up those funny bones at tonight's famous Punchline Comedy Club at Abu Dhabi's The Clubhouse at the Zayed Sports City Tennis Centre. Starting out in the Hong Kong entertainment scene in 1994, the Punchline Comedy Club has been enthralling audiences with top international comedians at major locations including Shanghai, Bangkok, Melbourne, Singapore, Tokyo and Vietnam. The event will feature three uproaring comedians on its brand new May line-up: Rob Deering, Andrew Stanley and Paul Myrehaug.

Saturday 11th May

Every Saturday, let the rhythm take over at Spanish themed Puesta del Sol at Sea Lounge, Monte-Carlo Beach Club. Enjoy a traditional Flamenco performance, dancers and a Spanish guitarist, and as the day moves into night, resident DJ Melohman will take to the decks with a mix of Latin, house, Brazilian, funk, Nu Jazz and soulful beats. Watch the sun set over Saadiyat Island while sampling some traditional Spanish delicacy, paella, complimented by a glass of sangria.


Tuesday 14th May

Every Tuesday, it's Stiletto Night at Jazz 'n' Fizz in the Sofitel Hotel, where ladies receive complimentary drinks from 8pm till 12am, all set to the smoothe and funky sounds of their resident band, the Cuban Quartet.

Wednesday 15th May
